مرحبًا بك في منصة «معلّم» (ويُشار إليها فيما يلي بـ«المنصة» أو «الخدمة»)، وهي خدمة تعليمية تقدّمها [اسم المنشأة]، سجل تجاري رقم [رقم السجل التجاري]، المملكة العربية السعودية (ويُشار إليها بـ«نحن» أو «المنشأة»). باستخدامك للمنصة أو بفتح حساب فيها فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية وسياسة الاسترجاع المرتبطتين بها. إذا لم توافق على أيٍّ منها فيرجى عدم استخدام المنصة.
1. التعريفات
- ولي الأمر: الشخص البالغ (الأب أو الأم أو الوصي الشرعي) الذي يفتح الحساب ويديره ويدفع مقابل الخدمة، ويكون مسؤولًا عنه.
- الطالب: الطالب أو الطالبة في مراحل التعليم العام الذي يستخدم المنصة للتعلم تحت حساب ولي الأمر.
- المعلّم الافتراضي: معلّم يعمل بتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، يظهر بصورة رمزية (أفاتار) بالفيديو ويتحدث مع الطالب صوتيًا.
- الدقائق: وحدة احتساب الاستخدام؛ تُستهلك الدقائق بحسب مدة الحصص الفعلية.
- الباقة: عدد من الدقائق يُشترى بسعر محدد ولمدة صلاحية محددة.
- المحفظة: رصيد دقائق يُشحن بشكل منفصل ولا تنتهي صلاحيته.
- الحصة المرجعية: حصة مدتها 45 دقيقة، وتُستخدم فقط لتقريب عدد الحصص التي تغطيها الباقة.
2. وصف الخدمة
توفّر المنصة للطالب معلّمًا خاصًا يعمل بالذكاء الاصطناعي، ويشمل ذلك:
- محادثة صوتية مع معلّم افتراضي يظهر بصورة فيديو رمزية.
- سبورة حية وعرض صفحة الكتاب المدرسي التي يشرحها المعلّم.
- اختبارات قصيرة مع تصحيح.
- لوحة لولي الأمر تعرض تقدّم الطالب ونقاط ضعفه وملاحظات المعلّم.
المحتوى التعليمي مبني على مناهج وزارة التعليم في المملكة العربية السعودية. في الوقت الحالي، المادة المفهرسة بالكامل هي الأحياء للصف الثاني الثانوي (أحياء ٢-٢، الفصل الدراسي الثاني)، وتُضاف مواد أخرى تباعًا وفق خطة تغطي كتب الوزارة صفًّا بعد صف. تُعرض المواد المتاحة حاليًا داخل المنصة.
تنبيه مهم: المعلّم الافتراضي أداة مساعدة على التعلم وليس بديلًا عن المدرسة أو المعلّم البشري. قد يخطئ الذكاء الاصطناعي أحيانًا في الشرح أو التصحيح، وننصح بمراجعة المعلومات المهمة مع الكتاب المدرسي أو معلّم المدرسة. لا نضمن نتيجة دراسية معينة.
«معلّم» منتج مستقل تقدّمه المنشأة، وليس تابعًا لوزارة التعليم أو لأي جهة حكومية، ولا يمثّلها.
3. الحسابات
- يُنشأ ملف الطالب إما من قِبل ولي الأمر أو من قِبل الطالب نفسه (بريد إلكتروني وكلمة مرور)، ويجب ربطه بحساب ولي أمر قبل أي شراء أو حصة مدفوعة. ولي الأمر هو من يدير الملف بعد ربطه ويدفع ويوافق على استخدام المحفظة.
- يقدّم ولي الأمر بيانات صحيحة ومحدّثة، ويلتزم بالحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول، ويُعدّ مسؤولًا عن كل ما يجري تحت حسابه.
- يُخصَّص لكل طالب ملف تعليمي خاص به تحت حساب ولي الأمر، ولا يجوز استخدام ملف الطالب من قِبل شخص آخر.
- يستطيع ولي الأمر متابعة دروس الطالب وتقاريره من لوحة ولي الأمر.
- يحق لولي الأمر طلب إغلاق الحساب في أي وقت عبر قنوات التواصل المذكورة أدناه.
4. الدقائق والباقات والمحفظة
تُقدَّم الخدمة على أساس الدقائق. يمكن لولي الأمر شراء باقة اشتراك أو شحن المحفظة بالأسعار المعلنة في صفحة الباقات وقت الشراء.

مبلغ مخصص: 1.60 ريال للدقيقة. الأسعار المعتمدة هي المعروضة في صفحة الباقات وقت الشراء.
تُعرض الأسعار والباقات المعتمدة في صفحة الباقات داخل المنصة وقت الشراء.
- تبدأ صلاحية دقائق الباقة من تاريخ تفعيلها: فورًا عند الشراء إن لم توجد باقة سارية، وإلا بعد انتهاء الباقة الحالية؛ وتنتهي صلاحية ما لم يُستخدم منها بعد مدة صلاحية الباقة.
- دقائق المحفظة لا تنتهي صلاحيتها.
- لا تُستخدم دقائق المحفظة في الحصص إلا بعد موافقة ولي الأمر على ذلك، وتُطلب هذه الموافقة مرة واحدة ويمكن سحبها من لوحة ولي الأمر.
- تُستهلك دقائق الباقة السارية أولًا، ثم دقائق المحفظة بعد موافقة ولي الأمر.
- تُحتسب الدقائق على أساس وقت الحصة الفعلي. الحصة المرجعية (45 دقيقة) تُستخدم للتقريب فقط، ويستطيع الطالب إنهاء الحصة في أي وقت.
- يجوز لنا تعديل الأسعار أو الباقات للمشتريات المستقبلية، ولا يؤثر ذلك على الباقات المشتراة قبل التعديل.
5. الدفع والمستندات
- يتم الدفع من قِبل ولي الأمر عبر وسائل الدفع المتاحة في المنصة [تُحدد وسائل الدفع قبل الإطلاق].
- الأسعار المعروضة شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة [يُؤكد الوضع الضريبي للمنشأة قبل الإطلاق].
- يُصدر مستند (إيصال أو فاتورة) لكل عملية دفع ويُتاح لولي الأمر في لوحته.
- يخضع الاسترجاع لـسياسة الاسترجاع.
6. الاستخدام المقبول
يلتزم المستخدم بما يلي:
- استخدام المنصة لأغراض التعلم الشخصي فقط.
- عدم استخدام لغة مسيئة أو محتوى مخالف للأنظمة أو للآداب العامة أثناء الحصص.
- عدم محاولة تعطيل المنصة أو الوصول غير المصرح به إلى بياناتها أو أنظمتها، وعدم استخدام أدوات آلية لاستهلاك الخدمة.
- عدم نسخ محتوى المنصة أو إعادة توزيعه أو بيعه.
- عدم استخدام المنصة للغش في الاختبارات الرسمية أو لانتحال شخصية الآخرين.
- عدم مشاركة الحساب مع آخرين.
يحق لنا عند مخالفة هذه الشروط إيقاف الحساب مؤقتًا أو نهائيًا بعد إشعار ولي الأمر ما أمكن، مع مراعاة سياسة الاسترجاع.
7. الملكية الفكرية
برمجيات المنصة وتصميمها وعلامتها وأسلوب الشرح والاختبارات المُنشأة فيها مملوكة للمنشأة أو مرخّصة لها. أما الكتب المدرسية والمحتوى المنهجي فتعود ملكيتها لجهاتها المختصة، وتعرضه المنصة للطالب لغرض الشرح والتعلم [يُؤكد الأساس النظامي لعرض الكتب المدرسية قبل الإطلاق]. يُمنح المستخدم ترخيصًا شخصيًا غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام المنصة وفق هذه الشروط.
8. التوافر والدعم الفني
- نسعى لإتاحة الخدمة على مدار الساعة، لكننا لا نضمن خلوّها من الانقطاع؛ إذ تعتمد على مزودي خدمات ذكاء اصطناعي واستضافة خارجيين وعلى جودة اتصال المستخدم بالإنترنت.
- قد نوقف الخدمة مؤقتًا للصيانة أو التحديث، ونحاول الإشعار بذلك مسبقًا ما أمكن.
- في حال انقطاع حصة لسبب من جانب المنصة: [سياسة تعويض الدقائق المتأثرة — للتأكيد].
- للدعم الفني: قنوات التواصل المذكورة أدناه.
9. حدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» في حدود ما تسمح به الأنظمة. لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي خسارة غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام المنصة أو تعذّر استخدامها، ولا عن أخطاء في الشرح صادرة عن الذكاء الاصطناعي متى بذلنا العناية المعقولة. [حد المسؤولية الإجمالي — للمراجعة القانونية]. لا يُخلّ ما سبق بالحقوق التي تكفلها الأنظمة السعودية للمستهلك.
10. إنهاء الخدمة
- يمكن لولي الأمر إغلاق الحساب في أي وقت، وتُعامل الدقائق غير المستهلكة وفق سياسة الاسترجاع.
- يجوز لنا إيقاف الحساب عند مخالفة الشروط، أو إنهاء الخدمة عند توقفها نهائيًا، مع إشعار ولي الأمر ومعالجة الرصيد المتبقي وفق سياسة الاسترجاع.
11. تعديل الشروط
قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. عند إجراء تغيير جوهري نُشعر ولي الأمر عبر لوحته أو عبر قنوات التواصل المسجلة قبل سريانه بمدة معقولة [مدة الإشعار — للتأكيد]. يُعد استمرار استخدام المنصة بعد سريان التعديل موافقةً عليه.
12. النظام الواجب التطبيق والاختصاص
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية وتُفسَّر وفقها. وفي حال نشوء نزاع، يُسعى أولًا لحله وديًا عبر قنوات الشكاوى، وإن تعذّر ذلك يكون الاختصاص لـ[جهة الفصل في النزاعات — تُحدد بعد المراجعة القانونية].

Welcome to Moa'alym (معلّم) (the "Platform" or the "Service"), an educational service provided by [Company legal name], Commercial Registration No. [CR number], Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("we", "us" or the "Company"). By using the Platform or opening an account you agree to these Terms, to the Privacy Policy and to the Refund Policy. If you do not agree to any of them, please do not use the Platform.
1. Definitions
- Parent: the adult (father, mother or legal guardian) who opens and manages the account, pays for the Service and is responsible for it.
- Student: the K-12 student who uses the Platform to learn under the Parent's account.
- AI Teacher: a teacher powered by artificial-intelligence technology, shown as a video avatar, that talks with the Student by voice.
- Minutes: the unit of usage; minutes are consumed according to the actual duration of lessons.
- Package: a number of minutes purchased at a fixed price with a fixed validity period.
- Wallet: a separately topped-up balance of minutes that never expires.
- Reference class: a class of 45 minutes, used only to approximate how many classes a package covers.
2. Description of the Service
The Platform gives the Student a private AI-powered teacher, including:
- A voice conversation with an AI Teacher shown as a video avatar.
- A live board and the textbook page the teacher is explaining.
- Short quizzes with grading.
- A parent dashboard showing the Student's progress, weak points and teacher notes.
The educational content follows the curriculum of the Ministry of Education of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Today the fully indexed subject is Biology for grade 11 (أحياء ٢-٢, semester 2); other subjects are being added progressively under a plan to cover the Ministry textbooks grade by grade. The subjects currently available are shown inside the Platform.
Important notice: the AI Teacher is a study aid and not a substitute for school or for a human teacher. Artificial intelligence can occasionally make mistakes in an explanation or in grading; we recommend checking important information against the textbook or the school teacher. We do not guarantee any particular academic result.
Moa'alym is an independent product provided by the Company. It is not affiliated with, and does not represent, the Ministry of Education or any government body.
3. Accounts
- A Student profile may be created by the Parent or by the Student (email and password), and must be linked to a Parent account before any purchase or paid lesson. Once linked, the Parent manages the profile, pays, and approves wallet use.
- The Parent provides accurate and up-to-date information, keeps the login details confidential, and is responsible for everything that happens under the account.
- Each Student has their own learning profile under the Parent's account; a Student profile may not be used by anyone else.
- The Parent can follow the Student's lessons and reports from the parent dashboard.
- The Parent may ask to close the account at any time through the contact channels below.
4. Minutes, packages and wallet
The Service is provided on a per-minute basis. The Parent may buy a subscription package or top up the wallet at the prices shown on the packages page at the time of purchase.

Custom amount: SAR 1.60 per minute. The binding prices are those shown on the packages page at the time of purchase.
The applicable packages and prices are shown on the packages page inside the platform at the time of purchase.
- Package minutes are valid for the package's validity period from activation — immediately on purchase when no package is active, otherwise from the end of the current package; unused minutes expire after that period.
- Wallet minutes never expire.
- Wallet minutes are used in lessons only after the Parent approves it; this approval is asked once and can be withdrawn from the parent dashboard.
- Minutes of the active package are used first, then wallet minutes once the Parent has approved wallet use.
- Minutes are counted on the actual lesson time. The reference class (45 minutes) is only an approximation; the Student may end a lesson at any time.
- We may change prices or packages for future purchases; this does not affect packages bought before the change.
5. Payment and documents
- Payment is made by the Parent through the payment methods available on the Platform [payment methods to be defined before launch].
- Displayed prices include VAT [confirm the Company's VAT status before launch].
- A document (receipt or invoice) is issued for every payment and made available to the Parent in the dashboard.
- Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Users agree to:
- Use the Platform for personal learning only.
- Not use abusive language or content that violates the law or public morals during lessons.
- Not attempt to disrupt the Platform, gain unauthorised access to its data or systems, or use automated tools to consume the Service.
- Not copy, redistribute or sell Platform content.
- Not use the Platform to cheat in official examinations or to impersonate others.
- Not share the account with others.
If these Terms are breached we may suspend or close the account, after notifying the Parent where possible and subject to the Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Platform's software, design, brand, teaching approach and the quizzes generated in it belong to the Company or its licensors. Textbooks and curriculum content belong to their respective owners; the Platform displays them to the Student for the purpose of explanation and learning [confirm the legal basis for displaying textbooks before launch]. Users receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform under these Terms.
8. Availability and support
- We aim to keep the Service available around the clock but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation; the Service depends on third-party AI and hosting providers and on the quality of the user's internet connection.
- We may pause the Service temporarily for maintenance or updates and will try to give advance notice where possible.
- If a lesson is interrupted for a reason on the Platform's side: [policy for compensating affected minutes — to be confirmed].

9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, nor for errors in explanations produced by artificial intelligence where we have exercised reasonable care. 10. Termination
- The Parent may close the account at any time; unused minutes are handled under the Refund Policy.
- We may suspend an account for breach of these Terms, or end the Service if it is discontinued, after notifying the Parent and handling the remaining balance under the Refund Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For a material change we will notify the Parent through the dashboard or the registered contact channels a reasonable time before it takes effect [notice period — to be confirmed]. Continued use of the Platform after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution through the complaints channels; failing that, jurisdiction lies with [dispute-resolution venue — to be defined after legal review].
